This is a program that I wrote some time ago. It is used to edit a game called Red Alert. It allows you to change the properties of the units, buildings, and infantry, change the overall settings of the game, and so on.

This is a program I wrote in the glory days of that fantastic fps--Starsiege Tribes. I wrote this set of tools (well, only two really) to give players a little more flexibility in creating or editing volumes and make it easier to create autochat scripts.
